嚟到英國新環境，生活模式好唔同，家人之間嘅相處方式亦有好大改變。我哋經常收到一啲關於家庭關係變化嘅查詢，應該有唔少朋友都面對同樣困局。

唔係唔再珍惜對方，但係因為工作、作息習慣、家務分配……等等都同香港好唔同，漸漸就會好易出現裂縫。

今次，我哋邀請咗資深家庭服務社工，為我哋講解Gary Chapman嘅5種愛的語言(5 Love Languages)同埋Virginia Satir嘅沙維雅治療入面5種壓力應對姿態(Five Coping Stances to Stress)，希望可以幫到大家更知道如果同身邊人溝通相處。
